Who knew that adults could do lunch and have over an hour of uninterrupted girl talk time…..it had been a loooooooooooooonnnngggggg time since I have gone out for that kind of lunch…..yeah for Kim for asking! How fun and what a blessing a new friend lunch to get to know each other.
Meanwhile back at the house, Miss M is readying the house for her company tonight. We have two sisters sleeping over (yes, their parents are singing happy songs, they are both with me tonight)…a whole slate of girlyfied glory is planned for the night from making homemade pizzas to doing a nail party, to seeing an American girl movie, to painting Christmas ornaments in the morning to making orange cinnamon rolls to playing with their horses and stables in the living room…..meanwhile the boys will be retreating to the wood…..that girl stuff might be catching.
Someone needs to clearly remind me that if one wants salon, day spa hair, one should not stop at a drop in quickly hair stylist and pay $14 and think that it might be okay…….its clearly not…..but you know, it will grow out and meanwhile no one will accuse me of being high fallooting with this look.
