Dh has been working so hard to provide me a “French/British Colonial style” office on our budget. You have to understand that we haven’t got $50 invested in both pieces together including paint! The shelf above the huge window in my tiny room was free too from a drive by trash scoop before the truck comes! I changed the bulletin board cover material when I realized I had enough of the tapestry for kitchen curtains if I borrowed back that swatch, so I used the silk polka dot left over from another project! We’re still in process..I need to trim in the inside with the toile paper I have to cutify it…but I needed it while the boys were here to lift it in place! Dh will add crown molding to the top of the armoire and we’re still working on the original pulls to get them ready to go back on. The interior on the right is shelves now and holds my notebooks for business and personal records…the bottom under the shelf holds my Mary Kay to go bags and trunk showing bags.
Oh Nester…..I so need to have you moved next door…such fun we could have….and Mrs. Goofy too….you girls are so inspiring with your absolute creativity and inner beauty!
