It’s been said of my home “You’ll find Southern cooking on the stove and pies on the counter, but you may need to wash a plate to get to yours” and that is absolutely true! I love having folks in our home but I apparently got out of line when God was handing out aptitude for an organized home. The real meaning of the season is not how perfect our home can be organized, but how we create home for all those who enter ours. Our best moments are when we stop thinking about ourselves and how we’ll be perceived and start looking into the needs and lives of others.
