Chase only made it a half day again at school. Whatever stomach virus we had last week has so taken a hold of him. Between the asthma season issues and that, he’s wiped out after a few hours. Today he’s having a slow start again.
The Racking Horse Nationals were pretty exciting last night. Madison and I attended in Priceville and she loved it all. She is not a “see the pretty horses” kind of girl, she’s the “let’s walk the stalls and talk to the owners/trainers” kind of girl. She did and they delighted her with their sharing. She was welcomed by many of the competitors last night whom she’d never met and got to see not only their equipment, hear their stories, but enjoyed knowing them up close and personal. We do not receive because we do not ask….kept running through my mind.
It has been the saddest week in one area of my life. I guess we all grow, change, and at times realize we have to let things and people go. This particular situation was unforeseen and particularly the timing of it is sad….
Dh is still sick in Denver. He sounds like he’s wearing a fishbowl every time I speak to him at the end of the day.
Have blessed day!

I hope Chase gets to feeling better! Glad Madison had such a wonderful time with the horses! You and your family continue to be in our prayers. Tell your hubbs that we hope he gets better too!

    Blessings,
    P.
