We are in Oklahoma today. My oldest step daughter (and only step daughter) is getting married today at 5 p.m. We drove through tornadoes, hail, and thunderstorms on Thursday night driving until 2:30 a.m. We got about 4 hours sleep then headed the remaining 5 hours on the road. We were delighted to be able to stop at our friend’s home in Fayetteville for a quick refresh and then we were out the door again!
We had a good rehearsal late afternoon and then headed back to town to be with family in Oklahoma for the evening….It is good to be able to see all of my Dh’s family and extended family this weekend. It is a busy busy weekend! More of the wedding later!
